Experiment’s – nice, mellow fruity HopHoney summer drink.

To the pan add 2.5 l honey, 2 l of water. Add ounce of cascade hops. Boil for 30 min , take off forming foam. To the 30l/5 gal bucket add 18 liters of spring water. Add honey with hops. Measure temp. If below 25 C , take of hops and add east. Wait 5-7 days and bottle up . Wait 3 weeks. Drink enjoy. Best after 3 months. (alc up to 4.5%). Ice cold summer drink.
